2. What if I'm not satisfied with my order or encounter an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels. If your package is still in transit, kindly wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any penalty! Simply cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been shipped, you can use our easy return system to obtain a full refund.
4. What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you have provided an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correct address. If you notice the mistake within 24 hours, please email us at helpdesk@edgemontsolutions.com with the correct address. We will make the necessary changes for you. Please note that after 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund due to an incorrect address.
